We are getting ready for the mega show of the year.... Eagle River WIsconsin CRANFEST!
I am an artist in the main tent. (8 pics to jury in every year...... 350.00 PLUS 50.00 for electric. They take your fee by Feb. 1. the year before.... yup... it's a bite.
But I do incredible.... As you can imagine.. my money is tied up in inventory and I had to postpone the next ring order. I am afraid I will get popped for having a non ME hand created item. I am careful.... but I hope to sell out of the rings. I love your service.. LOVE the free ship! And of course.. the rings are fantastic! Want some large single stoned rings.... faceted.... I am willing to pay for them.. I know they would nto be cheap. But I know your service and would trust the product would be good. I have dealt with Wholesale gem shop.... gave him a chance TWICE. TWICE I got well... ummm... screwed.

Your Jewerly is great and so are the prices. The site is also good. I wish you had more Items. But I like everything I have ordered so far. The only thing is,it takes a long time to receive the order. With other companies I have my order in 5 business days. With this company it's about 8 to 10 business days from the day I order it. I know if I pay more( a lot more) I can have it sooner. I choose not to pay a large amount for the order to ship. but it would be nice to have my orders in 5 business days. I always look forward to receiveing my orders.

sincerely,I have not been to a show since placing the order, but looking at the quality of your products, I anticipate this to be a good addition to my line of goods (I am a silversmith). My work is of a higher cost (not quality) I work with turquoise and other stones. And I was looking for a product that would be good for the younger crowd. I Your product is perfect. And, it is of a quality that I am proud to sit next to my own work. would also be interested in bracelets, should they become available. As you probably know, I placed another order, that is due today. I am getting ready for a series of shows.
As far as the website and all dealing with your company, I can't think of a thing you could do better. I do especially like the visible shopping cart, with the way it can pull up the product page. That is most convenient. I also like the confirmation of the order, with the UPS Shipping link. That is great, leaves no question as to the status of the order.
The one thing that I can think of that I need, that I have not talked to you about, is our need to have things shipped to various places. We are on the road all the time - sometimes for months at a time - and need product shipped to us at show sites. I do hope that is not going to be a problem.
